My dear husband is technologically challenged and is first to admit that. It is somewhat comical to watch him navigate any program or app. Other times, it’s down right aggravating!
I am directionally challenged. Anyone in my family or co-workers I have traveled with can attest to this! My co-workers found it extremely funny, making sure everyone knew. My husband angrily asks “what are you doing?”
As a person who never wanted mistakes to be known, I would often get defensive and angry when my inadequacies were spotlighted. Those around me learned not to say anything for fear of my outburst. With maturity and confidence in myself, understanding I have many great characteristics, I learned to laugh about my inabilities.
We can’t be good at everything and shouldn’t have that expectation. It sure makes relating to each other a lot easier.
