Congratulations! You’ve spent 5-weeks in the Trampoline into 2019 coaching class.
You reflected on 2018 and noted the changes you want to make in 2019 for your physical and mental health, in finding peace through relaxation and joy, tackled financial weaknesses, determined how to proceed with your relationships, career and purpose. You also know what chaotic clutter needs organizing and have a posse of people to help you stay focused.
Now all you need is a plan of action.
I know not everyone is like me – I actually enjoy making “to do” lists and setting an agenda to get things done. Yes, it’s weird! But, I have the gift of administration.
Most people find agendas agonizing. Consider a good plan that outlines what you want to change, is easy to handle, and done in segments of time. Something to look forward to doing with excitement.
Your plan is devised to your schedule. We will look at your entire day, from morning until bedtime, and orchestrate your agenda appropriately to your family, work, and “you” time. We actually need to schedule “me” time, don’t we? It is as important as “date night” and “snuggle time” with the kids.
If we don’t make the time, time will make us.
